ECOVIS GUATEMALA provides legal advice in Corporate Law both for a specific project and continually. We provide services related to the different phases of companies, from choosing the most appropriate legal form for incorporation, constitution of corporate entities, modifications or extensions of corporate entities, to final dissolution. We also provide solutions to foreign companies, that wish to create a Company under Guatemalan law, which allows them to develop their activities quickly and easily, acting as their legal representatives, among other services.

Our notary services include: protocolized contracts, private documents, legalizations, notary records, powers or mandates, appointments, acts and registration documents and other related services.

Our commercial services include incorporation of corporate entities, modifications or extensions of corporate entities, shares, legal representatives, securities and their circularization, and other related services.

Our Legal Director serves in Legal Representation for social and/or civil, foreign or local entities.
