Loreta Andziulytė is a Partner of our law firm with over 15 years of experience of legal work and she currently specialises in the fields of telecommunications, IT and data protection, labour law, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate governance as well as in regulatory affairs and governmental relations. Her experience covers advising international and local companies and assisting them with regulatory issues in the sectors of telecommunications and IT.

Loreta Andziulytė was admitted to the Lithuanian Bar in 2007.

The experience of the Attorney at Law in the sector of telecommunications and IT on the Lithuanian market is exceptional. She has been specialising in the field of telecommunications law for over 14 years. Loreta advises telecommunications companies operating in Lithuania on strategic legal issues and has contributed significantly to crucial processes which changed the operations of telecommunications companies: Loreta assisted in the project related to changing the process of selection of the administrator of the centralised number portability database, and in radio frequency acquisition processes. Loreta also represents the interests of clients in court, in relations with the Consumer Rights Protection Authority, the Competition Council, the Communications Regulatory Authority, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health Protection, the Ministry of the Interior, the Government, the Parliament (Seimas), etc.

Loreta also advises clients on issues of development of services and products, acquisition of software, licensing, protection of intellectual property, data processing and protection.
She is an expert of business processes and thus the strategic added value created by her to businesses is extremely appreciated. She advises clients in drafting contracts with executives and their incentive schemes, offers advice to companies taking decisions on rights and obligations of management bodies and in disputes with them as well as on issues related to shareholders’ rights.

Loreta Andziulytė has experience in implementing transparency programmes in operations of clients as well as in training clients’ staff in the field of prevention of corruption.
She is a licensed bankruptcy administrator providing bankruptcy administration services for 7 years already. Loreta also advises companies on issues of conversion of operations and restructuring.
