Loreta Andziulytė is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at ECOVIS ProventusLaw, heading the firm‘s Data Protection, Employment and Corporate Commercial practices. With more than 20 years of experience, she advices Lithuanian, Latvian, Baltic and international clients on complex employment, data protection, corporate and commercial matters, particularly in the fintech, financial services, telecommunications and technology sectors.

Loreta advises employers on executive employment, workforce restructurings, collective redundancies, cross-border employment, employee mobility, remuneration structures, employment compliance, workplace investigations and employment litigation. She also advises multinational companies on implementing EU employment legislation, including the Pay Transparency Directive.

Loreta advises on GDPR compliance, privacy governance, cross-border data transfers, employee monitoring, cybersecurity, privacy governance, AI governance, NIS2 and DORA implementation, cross-border data transfers, employee monitoring, data breach response and regulatory investigations. Loreta is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

Her corporate and commercial practice includes corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, commercial agreements, outsourcing, technology transactions and strategic business projects.

Loreta regularly advises fintech and financial services institutions payment institutions, electronic money institutions (EMIs), consumer credit providers and other regulated financial services businesses on governance, licensing, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, management accountability and strategic regulatory projects. She also regularly works with telecommunications and technology companies, IT companies and digital businesses on commercial, regulatory, technology, data protection and privacy, intellectual property and digital services matters.
