Establishment and Development

ECOVIS TZU Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. is the only Sino-foreign joint venture firm in China, named Tianjin Huagang Certified Public Accountants, which was established in April 1994 with the approval of the National Audit Office. It is a professional service organization engaged in auditing, accounting, taxation, management consulting and other services. It is also one of the first batch of 68 accounting firms engaged in financial related business audit approved by the people’s Bank of China and the Ministry of finance. So far, it has been selected as one of the top 100 accounting firms in China for 16 consecutive years. Since it was officially renamed as “Tianjin Zhongshen United Certified Public Accountants” in July 2001, we have been developing steadily, innovating constantly, expanding the enterprise scale and business scope, and providing services in a number of national key industries.
