Milestones
1994
Tianjin Huagang Audit Certified Public Accountants, the only sino-foreign joint venture firm in China approved by the National Audit Office was established, which is the predecessor of TZUCPA.
1996-1999
Tianjin Huagang Audit Certified Public Accountants mainly undertook the special audit and consulting business of the four major banks inside Tianjin market, such as Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China. Also, the business of foreign debt audit was authorized by the National Audit Office.
2000
Officially obtained the qualification to engage in financial related business auditing, which was approved by the Ministry of Finance and People’s Bank of China.
2001
Tianjin Zhongshen United Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd (TZUCPA) was established after industrial and commercial registration.
2003
In the annual credit comprehensive evaluation of the Chinese society of certified public accountants, TZUCPA ranked among the top 100 accounting firms in China. In the same year, TZU Engineering Cost Consulting Co.,Ltd was separated from TZUCPA and obtained Engineering Cost Class A Qualification of the Ministry of Construction.
2004-2008
TZUCPA participated in the annual report audit of China Grain Reserves Group, special audit of COSCO Group, comprehensive evaluation and audit projects of China Development Bank.
2008-2009
(ECOVIS) TZUCPA has been selected into the list of financial audit service suppliers for large central enterprises by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The main clients of audit services include China Huaneng Electric Power Group, Gezhouba Group, China Huadian holding group, etc. At the same time, (ECOVIS) TZUCPA participated in the special audit project of Hebei Branch of China Construction Bank and Tianjin Rural Commercial Bank.
2010-2017
(ECOVIS) TZUCPA ranked among the top three accounting firms in Tianjin. It is the executive director unit of Tianjin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tianjin Association of Engineering Cost Consulting, the director unit of Tianjin Federation of Collective Economy, and the group member unit of China Audit Society. The annual income has exceeded 100 million (RMB), entering the ranks of large and medium-sized accounting firms.
2017-2019
(ECOVIS) TZUCPA ranked among the top 100 accounting firms in China for 16 consecutive years. During the period, we completed the financial final accounts audit of China Huadian Energy Company’s infrastructure project, the economic responsibility audit project of China Datang Power Group, and the whole process tracking audit service of China Shenhua Ningxia coal-to-oil infrastructure project.
2020
ECOVIS TZU Certified Public Accountants upgraded the internal audit information management system, and ACP2.0 system was successfully launched. The internal audit information management system has been successfully connected with the E- Banking system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, becoming the first accounting firm in Tianjin to realized E-Banking Correspondence business.
