We have been serving our clients for 40 years. ECOVIS Austria has offices in Vienna, Lower Austria (St. Pölten, Scheibbs, Wieselburg, Wr. Neustadt), Salzburg and Styria (Schladming) serving companies of all sizes (sole proprietorships, SMEs or groups) with a total of approx. 200 employees specialized in the areas of tax advisory, auditing and management consultancy.

1982 | Foundation of the tax consultancy firm by Dr. Gottfried Scholler |
2000 | David Gloser becomes new partner, Establishment of a new office in Scheibbs (with a branch in Wieselburg), 35 employees in the offices in Vienna, St. Pölten, Wieselburg and Scheibbs |
2001 | Expansion of tax services in the direction of venture capital fund support and servicing of high-tech companies |
2002 | Establishment of a separate auditing unit |
2004 | Accession to the worldwide ECOVIS network, Change of name to ECOVIS Austria, ECOVIS Austria grows to 50 employees |
2007 | Hans-Georg Goertz becomes new partner in the medical sector |
2008 | Establishment of a specialized real estate tax team |
2011 | Opening of the Salzburg office |
2013 | Takeover of the Viennese tax consultancy firm of Dr. Strauss-Günters |
2014 | ECOVIS grows to 100 employees |
2015 | Martin Grill becomes new partner |
2018 | Christoph Puchner becomes new managing director, Establishment of a specialized tax team for groups |
2019 | Markus Seidl becomes new partner in the medical sector |
2020 | Opening of the office in Wiener Neustadt, Introduction of the new customer portal for the digital processing of accounting |
2021 | ECOVIS Austria grows to 160 employees, Christoph Puchner becomes new partner |
2024 | ECOVIS Austria grows to 200 employees, Takeover of the tax consultancy firm of Linder & Gruber in Schladming Relocation of the Vienna office to VIO PLAZA |
