ECOVIS International is a Swiss association. “ECOVIS” is the brand under which dedicated professionals in independent firms work together to provide tax, legal, audit and consulting services to selected clients. The member firms of the ECOVIS network of independent firms are affiliated with ECOVIS International. Each member firm provides services in a specific geographic region and is subject to the laws and professional rules of the country in which it operates. ECOVIS International helps coordinating the activities of member firms, but does not itself provide services to clients. No member firm has the authority to obligate or bind ECOVIS International or any other member firm to any third party, nor does ECOVIS International have the authority to obligate or bind any member firm. Each ECOVIS member firm is an independent legal entity in its own country and is liable only for its own acts or omissions, not those of any other member firm.

ECOVIS Europe AG provides publications of the individual partner companies on its website. The content of these publications has not been reviewed by ECOVIS Europe AG and ECOVIS Europe AG assumes no liability for their content.
