We offer you a customer platform for the transmission of receipts in electronic form. This solution enables the prompt access to accounting evaluations at any time.

Our customer portal offers the possibility of uploading accounting documents of all kinds (incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, cash book, contracts, insurance policies, etc.) in all file formats via a web browser and transmitting them to us. In addition, you can call up all accounting transactions online at any given time. This digital process enables a more efficient processing of the accounting and we can provide you with timely accounting evaluations.

Accounting documents are uploaded on our customer portal through “drag and drop”, destination folder, photo or e-mail. After separation and categorisation, the invoices are read out using special software. At the same time, G/L accounts and tax codes are already predicted and must only be checked by us. It is also possible to generate transfers of any incoming invoices directly through our customer portal as a SEPA file and integrate them into your online banking. All that is required is to integrate the bank details into our BMD-NTCS accounting software.

Our customer portal can be used free of charge and offers you many advantages:
