Trust is a keyword in the work of an attorney. Therefore, it is important that the matters our clients entrust us with are resolved swiftly, competently and on the basis of mutual trust. This means a great deal to me.

I enjoy long distance running. The further, the better. Persistence and endurance are core elements of my DNA and something I rely on as a legal advisor.

I have worked with Corporate Law, Contract Law and Mergers & Acquisitions through my entire career and have taught law at the University of Copenhagen. During my time as an in-house attorney at Falck Danmark A/S, I got to experience the role of being a client. Therefore, I always adapt my approach to your individual needs and convey it in a transparent and accessible manner.

I advise both Danish and international clients on all aspects of M&A and joint ventures – including transaction structures, due diligence, and negotiation of contracts, as well as advice on post-completion integration.

I spend my spare time with my large family or go for long runs. If the opportunity arises, I wear my running shoes out in the French Alps or the desert.
