I am a passionate person. My passions include my family, biking, travel, wine, and my job as an attorney. I have chosen to be an attorney at ECOVIS Legal Denmark, because the firm allows me to be both dedicated to my work and passionate about my other interests. This allows me to be a complete human being, and I am convinced that my clients, opposing counsel and colleagues can feel that in both my professional and personal approach to life.

I work with all aspects of Real Estate, including the purchase and sale of houses, condominiums, housing cooperatives, as well as investment and rental properties. I work with Construction Law, advising both builders and contractors. Additionally, I work with matters relating to Owners’ Associations, Homeowners’ Associations and Detached Housing Associations. Furthermore, I’ve worked on multiple Property Tax cases through the years. I also provide advice on Commercial Tenancy Law and Tenancy Law.

I received the right to attend the Danish High Courts early in my career. Through the years, I’ve led legal proceedings at both the district courts, probate courts and High Courts. I also have experience with cases at the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. I do everything in my power to resolve the dispute before it becomes judicial, as I honestly believe that the client and adversary will be served better by an out-of-court resolution in most cases. However, if the dispute does go to court, I can be as tough as required.

During the recession and in the subsequent years, I worked extensively in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. I have handled a vast number of insolvency related matters for both creditors and debtors and I’ve been the curator of several bankruptcy estates.

My approach to my clients’ issues is the same as to life in general. Pragmatic, solution-oriented and believing in the best in others. I am convinced that this is the approach one is best served by in most cases.
