There’s something about us that makes a growing number of businesses and private equity funds from all over the world want to be here. As you see, I’m passionate about law, but even more passionate about helping you feel secure in the legal advice provided through the mutual trust I take pride in building with my clients.
I advise both Danish and international corporate clients looking to establish themselves in Denmark through acquisitions. My advisory services include thorough enquiries through due diligence as well as drafting of transfer agreements and negotiation management.
Additionally, I have several years of experience with all forms of distribution agreements, both from Denmark and abroad. Furthermore, I provide legal advice on intellectual property rights with a primary focus on trade-marks, copyright, royalties, and license agreements.
I can also offer great insights into Transport Law, as I have represented major airline carriers in over 2,000 cases regarding flight delays, cancellations, and similar situations, over the last few years.
Last, but not least, I am a member of the board of several companies, including of the Askov Foundation, which has provided aid to marginalized people for decades in close cooperation with local authorities. I’m also part of the board of the Association of Danish Law Firms, as I have a keen interest in the conditions of our industry.
