Dr. György Zalavári

He graduated from the faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 1996 and specialised in company law at the Institute of Postgraduate Legal Studies of ELTE in 2004. Before he joined the Hungarian Ecovis team in 2014 he worked for the Szabó, Kelemen and Partners Law Office.

His legal specialities are real estate law, company law, economic law, labour law and legal representation in court proceedings. He is mainly active in the field of permanent representation of economic entities and otherorganisations and mainly deals with the solution of property, company, trade and labour law problems and representation in court. In the course of recent years he gathered key experience as a consultant in the establishment of several new Hungarian business entities founded by foreign owners, the starting up and the setting up of a new sales unit of a jewellery trading company. He has an extensive experience in the provision of labour and company law consulting services to and the court representation of a car rental company and also in the ongoing legal representation in and out of court of a the Hungarian sister company of an international precision mechanics group. He was the legal representative of a group of creditors during the bankruptcy proceedings of a group of companies dealing with property and vehicle sales and also of the foreign heirs in the course of an inheritance case and in the ensuing management of the mobile and immobile assets inherited.
