Mr. Richard Hoffmann brings his extensive knowledge and many years of project experience in Asia to our local law firm. After studying law at the University of Heidelberg (Germany), he started his career at a boutique law firm in Heidelberg (Germany) as well as New York (USA). He moved to China in 2006. Six years later, he became the founder and partner of the legal and tax consulting firm Ecovis Beijing (with a branch in Tianjin), a legal and tax consulting firm providing financial, legal, accounting, auditing and payroll services. Since then, he has successfully advised companies across various industries.

For almost ten years, Richard Hoffmann has been one of five members of the Management Board at ECOVIS International, as well as a member of the Quality Development Board, the Marketing Board and the Legal Task Force.

With 20 years of leadership experience in China and fluency language skills in English, German and Chinese, Richard Hoffmann is able to approach and solve any problem methodically.
