ECOVIS AAT Limited – Accounts | Advisory | Tax

AAT provides company accounting and administration services to entities from various sectors ranging from small family businesses to groups of companies and subsidiaries of multinationals. Our accounting team is made up of dedicated qualified professionals, highly experienced in client accounting and administration of business-related matters.

Our team specialises in Direct and Indirect Tax compliance complimenting the provision of a holistic day to day support to our clients.

With extensive consulting and industry experience, we can provide consultancy services, from strategy to execution, related to corporate finance, valuations, financial and business planning, due diligences, and business recovery services.

ECOVIS GRC Limited (GRC) – Governance | Regulatory | Compliance

GRC is the legal wing of Ecovis Malta providing legal services including intellectual property protection, yacht ownership registration, residence and employment, assistance in the setting up and licensing requirements of gaming and fund entities. 

GRC also specialises in the provision of middle-office services to funds and investment managers in Malta. The external risk management service provides true independence as required by UCITS and AIFMD regulations. Members of our team have the necessary experience and qualifications, duly approved by the Regulator, for appointments with a broad range of licensed entities.

ECOVIS TFC Limited (TFC) – Trust | Fiduciary | Corporate

Ecovis TFC was primarily set up to provide Trust and Trustee services in accordance with the Trust and Trustees Act of 2005, and is authorized to act as trustee, fiduciary, and administrator of private foundations. 

TFC is also registered as a Corporate Service Provider, providing its clients with assistance in the formation of companies, tailor-made corporate and individual directorships, as well as company secretarial and registered office services.  

All services provided by TFC are regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
