The firm represents both developers in the field and property owners (though not in the same transactions).

For apartment owners our service includes guidance and full involvement throughout the process – from contact by interested owners and providing them with guidance, expectations management from the earliest stages of a project based on the state of the building and the construction rights, support in the process of selecting a developer, architect and inspector on behalf of the owners, drawing up a binding agreement, support throughout the entire period of construction, working with the financing bank, until handover of the works and registration of the condominium.
