Seminar in Internal Control for European SMEs in China

On the 16th of October 2014, Ms. Manuela Reintgen from Ecovis Beijing and Ms. Alexandra Wang held a seminar for industry experts at the German Centre Beijing.

When European investors venture into China they naturally face a number of challenges in implementing European standards. Failing to take necessary steps to set-up an internal control framework often results in organizational fraud and inefficiencies.  Especially once the company reaches a substantial size, formal processes must be in place to assure the achievement of objectives related to the company’s operations, reporting and compliance.
