Grace SHI, CPA, CTA is a Partner at Ecovis in Beijing. She has over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing and tax advisory services to both international accounting firms and large domestic corporations. She is highly qualified with an international MBA and US Global Finance Master degree. Further, she is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2001 and a Chinese Certified Taxation Agent (CTA) since 2002. Before joining Ecovis she used to be the head of a leading international firm in Beijing for 6 years and CFO of a local company with more than 1000 employees.

Richard Hoffmann is a Partner at Ecovis in Beijing. He is an expert for complex legal and tax issues. Therefore is he often invited as guest speaker to the prime time by international television such as CCTV and Reuters and is requested for radio and newspaper interviews. He published more than 50 articles in international magazines and is a frequent speaker at high profile events in China and abroad. Mr. Hoffmann has more than ten years of work experience dealing with international clients.
