Oleksandra Nikitina

Oleksandra has over 20 years of experience in corporate and antitrust law, international taxation with a focus on insurance, aviation and real estate industries.

She has a comprehensive background in advising clients on routine legal and business issues, as well as on complex strategic projects. She acted as a Member of the Supervisory Board in an aviation and service companies. Oleksandra is a certified specialist in managing financial companies, credit unions and insurance companies, reflecting her deep expertise in financial and insurance sectors.

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Oleksandra has been actively involved in volunteer activities and provides legal advice to charity funds and public organizations on issues related to their activities within the country.

Oleksandra is a co-creator and content maker for the YouTube channel BEPS.Space, that offers expert video content in Ukrainian language dedicated to Ukrainian and international tax matters, latest insights and trends. The channel offers guidance to Ukrainians — who found themselves compelled to stay abroad — dealing with double taxation risks, complex tax issues, seeking clarity on the implementation of the BEPS plan within the Ukrainian legislative framework.
