The Supreme Court of Ukraine confirmed the decision of AMCU recognizing Lukoil Aviation of Ukraine (Amic Aviation) a monopolist on the aviation fuel market in some Ukrainian airports. The court recognized that the company’s price for the aviation fuel was unreasonably high. ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar was involved in the case.
