On April 23, 2015 the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal upheld a previous decision of the court of the first instance on illegitimacy of the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure No. 245 of 23.04.2013 approving the Order of issuance and cancellation of air route operating permits.

It should be reminded that on March 3, 2015 the Kyiv District Administrative Court by its decision recognized that the Ministry is not authorized to approve the order of air route operating permits issuance and granted the respective claim of UIA to Mininfrastructure on cancellation of the said Decree No. 245 of 23.04.2013.
