ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar successfully represented UIA in a dispute with Finance & Credit Bank

ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar successfully represented Ukraine International Airlines in a dispute with Finance & Credit Bank in relation to the regular bank’s payment documents default, which substantially influenced loan arrangements between the parties.

As a result of a successful work of ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar’s lawyers, the court excluded from the loan agreement between UIA and Finance & Credit Bank the provisions, which granted the right to the bank to claim UIA an advance repayment of the loan and interest for the whole period of loan. On April 6, 2015 Kyiv Commercial Court of Appeal upheld a previous decision of the court of the first instance.
