ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar proved in court a position of UIA about illegitimacy of Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure No. 245 of 23.04.2013 approving the Order of issuance and cancellation of air route operating permits.
As a result of successful work of ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar’s lawyers the Kyiv District Administrative Court by its decision dated March 3, 2015 granted the respective claim of UIA.
