ECOVIS Bondar & Bondar successfully represented UIA in a dispute with Boryspil Airport

On December 3, 2014 the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine dismissed the cassation complaint of Boryspil Airport in case 910/8994/13 and kept in force previous decisions of courts of other instances.
By this decision, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine dismissed a compulsion to UIA to enter into an agreement No 27 with Boryspil Airport, which is an additional agreement to the ground handling services agreement as amended by Boryspil Airport, and confirmed the execution of agreement No 27 in UIA version.
