Der Europ\u00e4ische Gerichtshof (EuGH) hat mit Urteil vom 10. April 2014 (C 435\/12) entschieden, dass nationales Recht,\u00a0welches hinsichtlich der Privatkopierfreiheit im Urheberrecht nicht zwischen Recht- und Unrechtm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der zu vervielf\u00e4ltigenden Quelle unterscheidet, mit der europarechtlichen Regelung <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">nicht vereinbar ist.
