Kartellsenat des Oberlandesgerichts in einem Kartell-Bu\u00dfgeldverfahren wegen verbotener Preisabsprachen gegen sieben Apotheker aus dem Raum Hildesheim. Das Bundeskartellamt hatte im Dezember 2007 gegen acht Hildesheimer Apotheker Geldbu\u00dfen in H\u00f6he von insgesamt 150.000 Euro verh\u00e4ngt. Die Apotheker sollen als Werbegemeinschaft gemeinsam mit rund 50 Apothekern aus Hildesheim und Umgebung in den Jahren 2006 und 2007 bei f\u00fcnf Werbeaktionen Preise f\u00fcr apotheken-, aber nicht rezeptpflichtige Arzneimittel, abgesprochen haben.
