Grund ist u.a., dass die origin\u00e4ren Markenrechte f\u00fcr Alice bei der Telekom Italia liegen und die Hansenet Telekommunikation GmbH nur \u00fcber zeitlich begrenzte Lizenzrechte verf\u00fcgt.
