M\u00e4rz 2018 hat das Landgericht Berlin eine einstweilige Verf\u00fcgung gegen die L\u00f6schung eines Facebook-Kommentars erlassen<strong> (Az. 31021\/18).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">In dem Kommentar schrieb der Nutzer Folgendes: \u201eDie Deutschen verbl\u00f6den immer mehr. Kein Wunder, werden sie doch von linken Systemmedien mit Fake-News \u00fcber \u201eFacharbeiter&#8220;, sinkende Arbeitslosenzahlen oder Trump t\u00e4glich zugem\u00fcllt&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Dieser Kommentar wurde von Facebook unter Hinweis auf einen Versto\u00df gegen die Gemeinschaftsstandards des Netzwerks gel\u00f6scht und der Nutzer f\u00fcr 30 Tage von Facebook gesperrt. Nach diesen Standards sind Hassbotschaften und Gewaltaufrufe verboten.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Die 30-t\u00e4gige Sperre hatte Facebook bereits aufgrund einer Abmahnung des Rechtsanwalts des Beklagten aufgehoben, die L\u00f6schung jedoch nicht r\u00fcckg\u00e4ngig gemacht.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\">Diese L\u00f6schung erachtete das LG Berlin nicht als rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig, woraufhin sie untersagt wurde. .
