We are currently seeking a highly-motivated

Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

to support the growth plans of the TOP 20 network, winning more multinational clients, growing revenue and strengthen member-to-member relationships.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Explore international markets and opportunities. Further develop and exploit project opportunities
  • Work closely with network member firms and central specialists to identify cross selling opportunities
  • Identify and establish rapports with potential multi-national clients for the Network
  • Lead the process of project coordination, including price and agreement negotiation to further close the deals for member firms successfully
  • Promote and enhance Brand Awareness of Ecovis Network globally
  • Identify and analyze market trend, formulate market strategy and approach
  • Regular report to MB team

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience in sales, new business development and/or international business (preferably
    professional services sales in a B2B environment)
  • Willingness to travel as needed and required
  • Proven experience in developing new business and successfully winning new clients
  • Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and stategic minded
  • Computer skills mandatory - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent skills in written, oral and presenting communication
  • Independent and proactive working style
  • Fluent in English (essential) and German - additional languages advantageous
  • Basic understanding toward financial terms
