Legal services

Balogh, B. Szabó, Jean, Zalavári and Partners offers to our local and international clients full legal services in Hungarian, German and English language. It was founded in 1991, is operating in the actual legal form and partnership structure since 2002 and joined the international Ecovis network as the exclusive Hungarian member in 2005. Our office acted as the initiator and the leader of building the local service group ECOVIS HUNGARY and has a main role in operating and developing the group of companies even today.

All of our colleagues are widely experienced in the fields of general civil law, corporate law and representing in court. Moreover, our professional experience includes competition and commercial law, labour and insurance law, banking law, public procurement law, advertising and internet law, intellectual property law, real estate law, bankruptcy and liquidation, EU and international civil law, environmental and mining law, energy law and family law. Our practice groups do their best to satisfy the needs of our clients in the fields of project financing, M&A, due diligence, company outsourcing and real estate investment. Our workout branch operates as a separate organizational unit combining legal and administrative fields to provide unique tailor-made service packages to our clients.

With the aid of our continuously developing, high level IT background we have now built up an online connection with the company registers and land registries throughout the country while our proprietary workout software supports the creation of client-specific interface layouts. Our goal is to combine the traditional tasks of a lawyer, which are based on the representation and enforcement of interest of the clients in case of legal disputes with the complex and system-orientated way of thinking of modern legal advice. So we ensure client orientated problem solutions beyond branches of law providing highest level of attorney’s discretion and confidentiality.
