Short bio

Mr. Siradze has over 20 years of professional experience advising multinational and local clients on complex tax and legal issues. This includes providing tax review/advisory services, tax due diligence, Tax litigation, Tax disputes and related services.

Mr. Siradze held various high positions in the Public sector such as being: Deputy Minister of Finance; Deputy Head of Revenue Services under the Ministry of Finance; Chairman of the Statistics Department at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia etc.

Mr. Siradze is actively involved in the legislative change review processes held by the Ministry of Finance and Revenue Service and participates in all events related to these processes, including draft normative acts review and situational manuals prepared by the Revenue Service.

Mr. Siradze has participated in many important projects, like GIZ project „Support Georgia RS working group by liberation secondary legislation on VAT and situational manual for taxpayers”; Reformatix project „Improving country competitiveness and supporting the reform of Albania’s customs service, taxation regimes and fiscal and budgetary policies“; „Georgia’s treasury code and tax payment system reform“ project by Deloitte Consulting Overseas Project, LLC – Economic Prosperity Initiative (EPI); Consultant of PMCG„ for the project- Simplification of tax code“, the main contractor was DELOITE; Participated in the draft of the new Tax Code of Georgia. Irakli leads the training in the Tax Code, he was an invited trainer in Bank of Georgia; Academy of the Ministry of Finance; in High School of Justice; Training Center of the Ministry of Justice.
