Short bio
Zuzanna has over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive legal services to companies. She advises on the choice of the optimum legal form of business, day-to-day business and investment processes. Areas of expertise are legal advisory, commercial law, M&A deals and company transformations.
Zuzanna holds a LLM law degree from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), as well as Polish law degree from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. She completed attorney-at-law traineeship and is admited to practice by the Warsaw Bar Association.
She speaks Polish, German and English.
