Francisco has more than 30 years of experience representingcompanies and businesses. Areas of expertise include Public utilities; development and negotiation of contracts & agreements, energy- and construction-related bid conditions and tendersin LATAM; international arbitration; Business Law consultancy; trust structuring and administration.
