Ecovis strengthens its presence in Czech Republic

Ecovis welcomes its new partners ECOVIS FACTA and ECOVIS RG from Prague.

The roots of ECOVIS FACTA date back to 1995. The firm’s main focus lies on accounting. Today Simona Fialová is leading a team of 30 people. Among them 27 professionals. Prior to founding ECOVIS FACTA, Simona worked as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as a Tax Audit Manager she was responsible for compliance projects primarily for automotive and pharma clients.

ECOVIS RG s.r.o. is a joint venture of ECOVIS blf s.r.o. and Rogit s.r.o. to provide professional services in the area of management consulting, IT Governance and IT security areas. ECOVIS RG uses expertise from both parent companies. As most of you may know ECOVIS blf s.r.o. is a well-established audit company providing also business consulting related services. Rogit, s.r.o. provides almost 20 years of IT governance and IT security services. The Director of ECOVIS RG is Igor Barva, who started his career in KPMG Information and Risk management department in 1996 and from 2003 acts as director of Rogit, s.r.o. Igor is a certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and he also has security clearance from the Czech Republic National Security Authority to Security classification level “Confidential”.
