ECOVIS, a company where controversial ideas are encouraged!<\/h3>\n

Under our new motto \u201cOne Firm One Family\u201d the team of ECOVIS Beijing (on Friday the 19th) set out on a day of team & leadership workshops. Guided by two professional coaches, the group of fourteen motivated co-workers and the two partners spend one day together, analyzing their strengths and challenges in order to form a stronger bond as a team and further improve their leadership skills.<\/p>\n

By way of group tasks and discussions, certain challenges of day-to-day work life were analyzed. On a joyful path of group activities, in a lively and fun atmosphere outside the office, the team members got to know each other better and discovered their strengths and weaknesses in being productive and positive. Not at least due to the cultural diversity of the ECOVIS Beijing team, one could find colleagues joking around, laughing and sincerely discussing the topics at hand in a multilingual environment. A particular strength, found during the teambuilding activity was mutual respect as well as a spirit of encouragement and willingness for cooperation, the basis of our company culture. An energetic, young team that passionately and professionally tackles problems head on, at a personal as well as a professional level.<\/p>\n

Having colleagues with different areas of expertise working together, we implemented a culture of giving feedback. In order to assure the one-face-to-customer strategy of ECOVIS Beijing, communication within the team is a key element of our daily work. Besides, the multicultural background of our team is an add-value factor our clients profit from every day. To better understand each other\u2019s goals, one always needs to approach problems from a different perspective \u2013 no two person are the same, no one issue of a client comparable.<\/p>\n

During the teambuilding, coworkers spoke first from their own perspective and then put themselves in the place of ECOVIS Beijing as a whole. This exercise did not just teach the valuable practice of thinking \u201coutside of the box\u201d but also helped to shape a general vision we have for our firm: Overcoming challenges, whether personal or professional, and strive as a unit to provide our customers with sound and creative solutions tailored to their needs.<\/p>\n

The day came to an end and our team at ECOVIS Beijing stands out as one unit, providing high professional services for our customers worldwide, as a leading tax and legal advisory firm for SMEs.
