ECOVIS Corporate Finance s.r.o. provides its clients in particular following services:

• mergers and acquisitions (M&A) – includes mainly identification of proper acquisition aims, negotiation about takeover of aim, organization of sales process, coordination of other advisors that are needed for successful termination of transaction, valuation of acquisition aims within vertical examination (due diligence), security of financing and settlement of transactions,
• divestment – aggregates in particular preparation, draft and coordination of sale processes, identification and addressing of potential customers/investors, preparation and organization of due diligence (data room, managerial discussion etc.), regulation and set-up of optimal transaction structure, choice of the best offer and settlement of transaction,
