1994 | Reorganised as Client Accounting Services(CAS) at Asahi Audit Corporation (Member firm of Arthur Andersen) |
2000 | Separated as Arthur Andersen Business Outsourcing, a subsidiary of Asahi Audit Corporation. |
2003 | Company name changed to KPMG Asahi Outsourcing upon joining KPMG International. |
2004 | Became independent as AP Outsourcing Ltd. through management buy-out from Azsa Audit Corporation (KPMG Japan) upon enactment of new CPA Law in Japan. |
2006 | Incorporated as APO_Tax Corporation and APO_Social Insurance Consultants Corporation |
2007 | Admitted to ISO 27001 at payroll services |
2009 | Joined ECOVIS International as ECOVIS APO |
