Preben Pedersen

Preben Pedersen is a State Authorized Public Accountant, partner in ECOVIS Denmark, background in PWC. Became State Authorized Public Accountant in 2001 and partner from 2005, the company now called ECOVIS Danmark.
Preben works with a wide range of industries in business, particularly include special insight into the following industries and situations: The building industry, transport, chemical manufacturing, wholesale sector, high tech manufacturing companies, financial sector and fiscal conditions.

Bo Langtoft

Bo Langtoft is a State Authorized Public Accountant (CPA), partner in ECOVIS Danmark, background in PWC. Became a State Authorizied Public Accountant in 2002 and partner from 2005 in the company, now called ECOVIS Danmark.
Bo works with a wide range of industries in business, specifically include special insight into the following industries and situations: The pharmaceutical industry, construction, manufacturing, international business, audit reviews of international accounting firms, international tax for both corporations and individuals.

Finn Warberg

Finn Warberg is a State Authorized Public Accountant, background as a partner in PriceWaterhouseCoopers until 2002. Founded the accounting firm Warberg with offices in Copenhagen and Hillerød. Merged on 1 January 2012 with ECOVIS Danmark and joined as a partner.
Finn works with a wide range of industries in business specifically include special insight into the following industries and situations:
Owner-managed businesses in professional services, wholesale of consumer goods, IT companies in a number of niche areas, and many owners' associations and housing cooperatives.
For several years, Finn also advised international production and trading companies operating in several countries.
Finn was chairman of the Danish Auditors' Association( FSR) advisory committee 1994-1999 and has written several books and articles on consulting and business management.
