Kathryn joined the firm having been a partner in a top 50 Firm where she trained and qualified. She has experience of acting for and advising entrepreneurial growing companies, groups (including those with parents listed on overseas markets) and professional practices, as lead partner.
She has provided support and advice to businesses throughout their life cycles including reviews of and implementation of reporting systems, recruitment, fundraising, exit strategies and transaction support.
Kathryn has experience of acting for clients in many industry sectors including property, manufacturing, retail, media and professional services.
