We have strengthened our business further by state authorized accountant Finn Warberg with effect from 1 January 2012, has joined as a partner in our company. Finn Warberg had his own accounting firm for several years in Copenhagen and Hillerod. The merger also means that we are able to welcome 5 new employees.

We are now a total of 27 employees and partners, with offices in Copenhagen, Ringsted and Hillerod.
The owners are then the state authorized public accountants Finn Warberg, Kurt Bülow, Preben Pedersen and Bo Langtoft.
Finn Warberg, have, like the rest of us owners, a background in PWC.
Our cooperation in the international network ECOVIS, where we serve small and medium enterprises across national borders, has increased considerably in recent years and with great satisfaction of both customers and partners.
We have therefore been given permission to use the name ECOVIS Denmark and we have decided that the name change to ECOVIS Denmark, state authorized public accountants.
The new name already appears on letterheads, covers of Annual Accounts etc.
We work constantly to enhance our professional knowledge and methods and thereby our business platform, so we and our staff can deliver a sharp performance and advice on tax, audit and accounting, so we really make sure that these disciplines among our clients, will not be considered as a problem in everyday life.
