With the last amendments, except the foreigners staying for a short term or for a long term on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, able to implement activity with employment contract, are and the individuals sent on an official trip, but only after receiving a permission or registration by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Furthermore, the foreigners received permission or registration shall be able to work only for the employer or resident individual for the term, determined in the permission for work or registration.
