Tax consultants

Corporate lawyers

Not every company employs its own lawyer. Our corporate lawyers offer legal advice to businessmen and businesses in the SME sector to avoid or solve legal disputes. The corporate lawyers (member of the Dutch Association of Corporate Law Consultants, Nevoa) are specialists in various fields of corporate law (e.g. labour law, leasehold law and corporation law) and have ample experience with processes of take-over, merger and cooperation. PersonnelAdvice (instead of a personnel department)

An extensive personnel department is not necessary for businesses who call in PersonnelAdvice. At PersonnelAdvice – expert in the field of labour agreements, dismissal matters and pay questions – all your questions about personnel matters are answered. Support at personnel management level is provided in the form of the development of personnel policy, job descriptions and recruitment support.

The payroll processing department does of course process salaries, but also answers specific questions in this field.
