Notarial accountancy

The notarial practice stands for reliability and integrity. Values that form an important building block in our society. At the same time a firm of notaries is a business in the economic sense: with administrative obligations and a profit objective. The accountant who supports you in this will have to combine the provision of a professional service with insight into the particular business culture of a firm of notaries. The services provided by BNA cover a wide range of financial, tax and legal services. To start with we deal with your complete financial records, including:

• Bookkeeping. A regular review of figures using a results model suited to your sector, gives you a good idea of the financial state of affairs in your enterprise.
• Payroll records. Including all returns, pension calculations and changes.
• Annual accounts. Of course compiled in accordance with all the statutory rules and the requirements of the Professional Association of Notaries, KNB, and accompanied as a minimum by a review statement.
• Income tax return. With corresponding statement of assets and liabilities.
• Corporation tax return.
• Compilation of publication documents for the Chamber of Commerce

In addition to these regular tasks we would be pleased to support you in organising and optimising the business processes in your practice.
